I wonder if our creek if healthy

I wonder if our creek is healthy

My Hypothesis is that the creek is clean because I have been there before.

The Procedure we all did 4 activities but our group did 3 so we could try different ways to test if the creek was clean because that's our goal

Our Equipment The activities my group did were water flow which we used a stopwatch and an orange so we dropped the orange into the water and timed to see how long it takes for it to get to the end and we had to do that 3 times to get even results. Water temperature for water temperature we had a thermometer, a meter ruler, a container, a pen or pencil, and a stopwatch. For this one you needed to scoop water with the container then you put the thermometer in the water for one minute then you write down your total we did that 4 times at each marker we measured to see how deep it was at the place you got the water. Gravel vs Sediment for one we had a Gravelometer, a sieve, a scoop, a container, and a sharpie. This one we didn't really do because we didn't understand but you had to sediment into 2 different groups then you measure on a tally chart the amount of stuff then you see the percent.

The conclusion We found out that our creek is an average creek.

Hokey Pokey

I this is my video of when I & my tech group made hokey. I enjoyed working as a team. I fort it was hard reading the instructions. I think to make our hokey pokey BTB is adding more of the ingredients & take it out straight away. The science behind the hokey pokey is that the golden syrup adds all the color, the sugar adds the sweetness & the baking powder makes it larger.

Cookies

We made cookies 1st the 1st ones were better than the last ones looked like they were moldy but yum but I reckon they could have been yummier For the first batch of cookies we made normal cookies but we added white chocolate instead of dark chocolate. We learned to not use too many ingredients & to not use wholemeal flour & to bring our own ingredients.
